Job summary

SAPSOL Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Test Lead to drive a multi-year CIS implementation for a public utility. You will establish the test strategy, develop test plans and scripts, and lead testing across SAP IS-U customer and utility processes and their integrations.

The ideal candidate will own test artifacts, coordinate SIT/UAT, and manage defects across multiple workstreams to ensure go-live readiness and quality outcomes for a regulated utility program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP testing experience, including large-scale implementation leadership.
• Hands-on ownership of test strategy, test plans, and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of SAP IS-U processes and integrations.
• Experience coordinating SIT/UAT and defect triage across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end test strategy and master plan for CIS implementation.
• Create and oversee test scenarios, cases, and scripts for accounts, service activation, billing, and payments.
• Ensure test coverage for SAP IS-U integrations with AMI/MDM, channels, and finance systems.
• Define test data requirements and coordinate environment readiness across teams.
• Lead test execution, monitor results, and manage defect lifecycle from triage to closure.
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing with business owners, including sign-off.
• Provide progress reports, quality metrics, risk assessments, and go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
• Support mock conversions, cutover rehearsals, and post-deployment validation as needed.
• Apply lessons learned to improve test processes across successive releases.
