EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Data Conversion Senior Consultant to lead data migration activities for SAP IS-U implementations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Typically, 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years hands-on experience with SAP IS-U data conversion or migration activities.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with source-to-target mapping, data profiling, transformation rules, value translations, validation rules, mock loads, reconciliation, and data-defect resolution.
• Experience supporting the conversion of SAP IS-U master and/or transactional data (business partners, contract accounts, contracts, premises, installation, devices, meter readings, billing history, FI-CA balances).
• Understanding dependencies among SAP IS-U data and related systems.

Responsabilités

• Analyzing legacy data structures, source extracts, business rules, and target SAP IS-U requirements for assigned data objects.
• Defining and maintaining source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and load dependencies with business owners.
• Supporting data conversion for various SAP IS-U data domains across project scope.
• Performing data profiling, mock conversions, and validation with approved migration tools.
• Coordinating staging and ETL activities with technical data teams and stakeholders.
• Developing object-level counts, control totals, and reconciliation evidence for validation and sign-off.
• Coordinating data dependencies across SAP IS-U modules and related systems.
• Preparing functional conversion documentation and defect reports for project delivery.
• Assisting cutover rehearsals, post-load validation, and production stabilization.
• Providing knowledge transfer to client teams and junior members.
