Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Data Conversion Senior Consultant to lead data migration activities for SAP IS-U implementations. You will analyze legacy data, define mappings, and support data migration from source systems into SAP IS-U, owning objects from analysis to cutover and post-load validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience including data conversion.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, design, testing, and production support in utilities.
• Experience with source-to-target mappings, data profiling, transformation rules, validation, and reconciliation.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy data structures and target SAP IS-U requirements.
• Define source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
• Support conversion of utility data such as business partners and meters.
• Perform data profiling, mock conversions, and data loads.
• Coordinate with ETL and integration teams on staging and load activities.
• Prepare validation, reconciliation results, and defect documentation.
• Support cutover, post-load validation, and stabilization.
