Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Data Conversion Senior Consultant to support data migration activities for SAP IS-U implementations. You will analyze legacy data, define conversion requirements, and manage data migration from source systems into SAP IS-U.

You will own data objects from analysis to cutover and post-load validation. You will work with business stakeholders, functional and technical data teams to ensure data is accurately transformed and reconciled.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on data conversion or migration experience.
• Experience with source-to-target mappings and data profiling.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy data structures, source extracts, and target SAP IS-U requirements for master and transactional data objects.
• Define and maintain source-to-target mappings and transformation rules with business owners.
• Support conversion of utility data including business partners, contract accounts, contracts, premises, and meters.
• Perform data profiling, mock conversions, data loads, validation, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate staging and ETL activities with technical data teams and migration tools.
• Develop object-level counts, control totals, and validation evidence for data conversion sign-off.
• Support multiple conversion cycles and post-load validation.
