Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Data Conversion Senior Consultant to support data migration for SAP IS-U implementations across US clients. You will own object-level mappings, run mock conversions, validate load results, and coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams.

Travel up to 60% may be required. You bring 3–4 years of SAP IS-U data conversion experience, a bachelor’s degree, and hands-on data profiling, transformation rules, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Experience with SAP IS-U data conversion or migration.
• Experience with source‑to‑target mapping and data profiling.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy data structures and target SAP IS-U requirements.
• Define source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
• Support conversion of devices, meter readings, billing history, FI-CA balances.
• Perform data profiling, mock conversions, and validation.
• Coordinate ETL activities with technical data teams.
• Analyze load errors and drive defect resolution.
• Produce validation evidence and reconciliation results.
• Support cutover rehearsals and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and project leadership.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client teams.
