Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U Customer Service and utility operations.
• Strong understanding of customer and account maintenance, service requests, move events, correspondence, and SLAs.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Customer Service solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Proven ability to lead complex SAP transformation initiatives and client-facing engagements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Travel willingness to meet client needs; 40-60% travel anticipated.

Responsabilités

• Own the SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream, including target processes, scope, and deployment plans.
• Define target customer service design across maintenance, service requests, move events, communications, and SLAs.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, workshops, and design governance.
• Drive cross-functional design and integration with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and CRM platforms.
• Lead end-to-end testing, data conversion, cutover planning, and operational readiness.
