EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U customer service and operations solutions. You will own the Customer Service workstream, translate complex requirements into scalable designs, and ensure alignment across customer journeys and channels.

You will lead functional teams, collaborate with business, technical, and program stakeholders, and drive solution quality, deployment, and operational readiness across multiple SAP IS-U

Qualifikationen

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U Customer Service and utility operations.
• Experience leading SAP IS-U Customer Service solution design and delivery through implementation.
• Proven ability to lead complex SAP transformation initiatives and client-facing engagements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
• Define target customer service design across maintenance, service requests, and move events.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance.
• Drive cross-functional design and integration with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and SAP Service Cloud.
• Oversee data conversion activities and ensure operational readiness.
• Lead end-to-end testing of utility customer journeys and cutover activities.
• Coach functional consultants and coordinate with vendor teams to resolve issues.
