EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U customer service solutions for US utilities. You will own the Customer Service workstream, guide solution design, align with other workstreams, and ensure readiness across journeys and channels.

You will lead functional teams, drive testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization, with 40-60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including leadership of a functional workstream.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U Customer Service design and delivery.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with Billing, CRM, and related channels.

Responsabilités

• Own the SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream, including scope and delivery plans.
• Define target customer service design across maintenance, service requests and communications.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance.
• Drive cross-functional design across Customer Service and related capabilities.
• Lead data-conversion activities, testing strategy, and operational readiness.
• Oversee cutover planning, training, support transition, and post-go-live stabilization.
