Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utility clients from Boston offices and nationwide sites.

You will translate billing requirements into functional designs, support end-to-end billing processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across device management, energy data management, FI-CA, and customer service. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years with SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in utilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze billing requirements across electric, gas, and water utilities.
• Configure and validate SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions and related master data.
• Coordinate testing, cutover readiness, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients, business users, and technical teams to resolve issues.
