Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing
• Experience delivering functional requirements and configuration in utility environments
• Experience with billing schemas, rates, facts, operands, invoicing, and cycle processes
• Experience with testing, production support, and cross-workstream collaboration
• Willingness to travel 40–60%

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for billing and invoicing across electric, gas, and water utilities.
• Configure SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions and related master data.
• Support billing, invoicing, and downstream postings with FI-CA.
• Analyze billing exceptions and root causes across data sources.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, and test scenarios.
• Support unit/integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across multiple teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client teams.
