Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to identify user requirements and develop UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You will guide SAP projects, manage workstreams, and engage external clients from planning through closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, typically 4‑year degree.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on SAP experience with integration tools.
• Proficiency with SAP integration solutions and middleware.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Travel 40–60% are expected to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define user requirements while developing UI across platforms.
• Lead delivery of SAP projects and workstreams with a focus on quality.
• Engage with clients, run sessions, and manage workstreams from planning to closure.
• Provide direction, feedback, and risk management to ensure task completion.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
