Job summary
WME Group is seeking a Manager, SAP Integration & Development to lead SAP development and integration across the organization's global finance systems. This hands-on role demands deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, and enterprise integration architecture, with oversight of developers, consultants, and offshore resources.
The ideal candidate will drive transformation initiatives, design robust integration solutions, and guide delivery while ensuring quality, performance, and security across SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years SAP technical development experience.
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA development experience.
- Strong ABAP programming experience for enterprise SAP solutions.
- Experience building SAP integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, SAP Integration Suite.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP applications, enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, workflows, and integrations.
- Write and maintain ABAP code across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
- Lead SAP development and integration initiatives as senior technical lead.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce standards, security, and SAP best practices.
- Establish coding standards, QA processes, and release management.
