Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior SAP IBP Consultant to lead the assessment, design, and delivery of supply chain planning transformations. You will guide migration from APO to IBP and S/4HANA embedded planning, coordinating across stakeholders and driving full lifecycle execution from discovery to go-live.

You will manage data migration, design integration, and cutover plans while leveraging IBP modules for Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Control Tower.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience with hands-on IBP exposure.
At least 3 years of IBP implementations or APO-to-IBP migrations in one module.
3+ years leading fit-to-standard workshops and drafting functional design docs.
Experience with large Consulting/Advisory firms (Big 4 or global SI).
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation or migration, including demand and supply planning modules.
Configure IBP planning areas, key figures, and time profiles.
Design integration between IBP and S/4HANA (master data, demand, supply).
Lead data migration for planning master data and historical demand.
Manage APO decommission, IBP go-live, SIT/UAT and cutover planning.
