Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems, IT delivery, or tech-enabled roles with demand planning experience.
• Hands-on IBP implementation or major rollout experience.
• Familiar with Agile or Stage Gate delivery models.
• Experience with demand planning tools and cross-functional planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery and system enhancements using Agile or Stage Gate.
• Configure IBP, integrations, upgrades, and patching to meet requirements.
• Translate business needs into system solutions and specifications.
• Support IBP design, SIT/UAT, and hypercare across regions.
• Ensure data governance and analytics enablement across the stack.
