Job summary

iHerb is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Analyst to optimize end‑to‑end supply chain planning for our ecommerce operations. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, configure modules, and ensure data integrity across SAP IBP, S/4HANA, and integrations using CPI, CPI‑DS, and RTI.

You’ll gather requirements from logistics and IT, design interfaces, lead SIT/UAT, train users, and mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with SAP IBP across multiple modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA IBP and integration technologies CPI, CPI-DS, RTI.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation business processes.
• SAP IBP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from logistics, IT, and supply chain stakeholders to translate pain points into SAP IBP solutions.
• Design and configure SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Response and Supply.
• Design interfaces and manage integration between SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, and non‑SAP legacy systems using CPI, CPI‑DS, and RTI.
• Create detailed functional specifications for custom developments (enhancements, reports) for technical teams.
• Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop and deliver end‑user training.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to project plans, manage small‑to‑medium projects, and mentor team members.
