Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to specialize in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, coordinating with HR and IT teams worldwide. The role emphasizes designing, configuring, and optimizing HR systems to meet global standards.

The candidate will partner with Korea HQ and external vendors to ensure reliable integration and continuous improvement of SAP modules, delivering scalable HR solutions for a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRIS or IT application experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication with global stakeholders and leadership.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; translate requirements into solutions.
• Ability to work across a global, matrixed organization and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP HR and SuccessFactors solutions.
• Provide SME guidance on SAP HCM modules and cloud integrations.
• Deliver advanced application support and continuous improvement for SAP HCM and SaaS platforms.
• Analyze HR requirements and configure SAP systems for scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Korea HQ, vendors, and internal teams to align with global HR strategy.
