NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant to manage SAP HCM application support, configuration changes, and portal testing. The role involves incident management and business-user support across HR processes.

You will collaborate with Client HR, business users, and technical teams to resolve issues, drive testing efforts, and maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge transfer and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM/HR processes and configuration.
• Experience in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Time Management (TM), CATS.
• Knowledge of ESS/MSS or SAP HR portal processes, Neptune and Fiori.
• Experience with SAP HCM integrations and interfaces.
• Understanding HR master data and business processes.
• Experience with transport/change management.

Responsabilités

• Provide required and expected support for all SAP HCM processes and relevant integrated HR applications.
• Manage incidents according to priority levels.
• Conduct SAP HCM portal testing, including Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing.
• Support UAT.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test results while supporting Portal Changes.
• Coordinate with technical teams for defects and integration issues.
• Maintain functional documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and other application teams.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior consultants.

Role Summary

Looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to manage SAP HCM application support, configuration changes, portal testing, incident management, and business-user support. The consultant will work closely with Client HR counterpart , business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders depending on the requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide required and expected support for all SAP HCM processes and relevant integrated HR applications.
