Job summary

Xcel Engineering seeks a highly experienced SAP HCM Technical Architect to lead technical direction for HR and Payroll solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT, CS or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive SAP HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on ABAP development in SAP HCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP HCM technical architect and SME for SAP HCM.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs for HR, Payroll, Pension Payroll, and reporting.
• Develop complex ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, and data extraction solutions.
