Job summary
CRH Americas Materials Inc is seeking an experienced SAP Manager to own the Hire to Retire landscape, spanning SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and Time Management, with Workforce Software integrations. You will lead workshops, map current and future state processes, and drive continuous improvement across the H2R value chain.
The role requires deep hands-on SAP expertise, partnerships with HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management, and the ability to oversee a team of SAP functional resources while ensuring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business or equivalent.
- 15+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in a managerial capacity.
- Hands-on with SuccessFactors EC/ECP, Time Management, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end H2R process design and improvements across EC,ECP and Time Management.
- Lead workshops with HR, Payroll and Workforce Management to align requirements and design.
- Manage SAP H2R enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with S/4HANA and external systems.
- Drive reporting via SAP Datasphere and SAC for workforce metrics.
- Mentor and lead a team of SAP functional analysts/consultants.
