Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Senior SAP Analyst for Global Trade Services (GTS) to support our multi-year SAP S/4HANA migration initiative. You will analyze requirements, design and test robust GTS solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end processes.

You will partner with stakeholders, perform hands-on configuration, and drive improvements while traveling up to 30% for go-lives and hyper-care, with remote work possible near a Pentair facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years with GTS and SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with GTS involvement.
• Experience in Agile environments and with Jira, Azure, Scrum or Kanban.
• SAP certification in GTS, S/4HANA or related modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design, develop, and test SAP GTS solutions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs; identify improvements.
• Lead and support GTS projects and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and maintenance in GTS.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.
• Collaborate across workstreams for end-to-end processes and integrations.
• Lead testing activities: unit, integration, UAT, cutover planning.
• Create and maintain project documentation and test scripts.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the org.
