Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Senior SAP Analyst – Global Trade Services (GTS) to partner with stakeholders and SAP teams in designing, configuring, and delivering robust GTS solutions. You will lead hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation while guiding multi-project initiatives as part of our SAP S/4HANA migration program.

You will collaborate across streams, perform fit-gap analyses, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in related fields, including at least 5 years with GTS and SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with GTS involvement.
• Experience in Agile environments and Jira/Azure/ Scrum/Kanban.
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance and SAP integrations.
• Proficient in GTS and SAP S/4HANA configuration and testing.
• Experience developing functional specs, test scripts, and process docs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and SAP teams to design, develop, and test GTS solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional specs with process improvements.
• Lead GTS projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and maintenance in GTS.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and end-to-end process design.
• Collaborate across workstreams for seamless integrations.
• Lead testing activities including UAT and cutover planning.
• Create project documentation and test scripts.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge.
