Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Senior SAP Analyst for Global Trade Services (GTS) to drive design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions across global GTS processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements, and lead initiatives within a multi-year SAP S/4HANA migration program.

You will report to the Global Process Owner – Business Compliance and travel ~30% for go-lives and hyper-care. Remote work is allowed within a reasonable driving distance of a Pentair facility.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
• Have 8+ years of professional experience in related fields, including a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with GTS and SAP S/4HANA
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, with direct involvement in GTS process design and deployment.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure, Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance and integrations with SAP modules and external systems.
• Proficient in configuration and testing of GTS and SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Experience developing functional specifications and test scripts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP certification in GTS or S/4HANA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and SAP teams to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test SAP solutions for GTS.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Lead and support GTS projects and deliverables, aligning with business objectives.
• Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and maintenance in GTS.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams for end-to-end processes and integrations.
• Lead testing activities including unit, integration, and UAT; assist cutover planning.
• Create project documentation including requirements, specs, and test scripts.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
