Job summary

NSK is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead SAP Global Template & Integration for NSK Americas. You will coordinate regional and global SAP efforts, align templates, and manage cross-functional dependencies across partners and stakeholders.

The role requires experience with SAP S/4HANA, governance, and program management across international teams. Travel domestically and internationally may be required, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business admin, engineering, supply chain or finance.
• Significant experience leading or supporting large-scale SAP implementations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and global-template-based deployments.
• Strong governance, risk management and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Global Template Alignment: ensure Americas align with NSK global standards and communicate requirements.
• Program Integration: coordinate cross-functional dependencies across processes, interfaces, data migration, testing, and training.
• Decision Support: prepare options, risks, costs, and dependencies for decisions.
• Governance & Risk Management: monitor risks, RAID/Decision logs, and approvals.
• Partner & Stakeholder Management: manage internal teams and external partners, promote collaboration.
