Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Charlotte, NC seeks a Technical Architect to lead end-to-end SAP integration across Lead-to-Cash, ISC/ITO, and RTR within global deployment models. You will own end-to-end scenarios, interfaces, and data controls, driving cross-team defect resolution and ensuring readiness for SIT/UAT/cutover.

This role requires 10+ years of SAP experience, deep knowledge of S/4HANA, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years SAP implementation and S/4HANA experience.
• Strong business acumen across Lead-to-Cash, ISC/ITO, RTR.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP design across domains.
• Interfaces, middleware, testing across SIT/UAT/cutover/go-live.
• Root-cause analysis and defect resolution expertise.
• Knowledge of master data, security, reporting, batch processing.
• Experience with global-template and local rollout models.
• Strong facilitation, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated business-process view across LTC, ISC/ITO, and RTR for deployments.
• Define and maintain end-to-end scenarios, data dependencies, controls, and reports.
• Develop scenario catalogue with prerequisites, test data, and interfaces.
• Maintain traceability among scenarios, requirements, designs, and tests.
• Identify integration gaps and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Ensure local requirements are incorporated in configuration, data, and security.
• Maintain deployment interface inventory, milestones, and readiness status.
• Coordinate connectivity, scheduling, batch dependencies, error handling, and reconciliation.
• Lead governance forums for integrated status, risks, and go/no-go decisions.
• Lead RCA and remediation planning for high-impact incidents.
