Job summary

NSK invites a Senior IT Manager to lead the SAP Global Template & Integration program in the Americas. This senior role coordinates with NSK Japan, NSK Americas, and partners to align regional needs with global standards, manage risks, and drive decisions across multiple workstreams.

The candidate will oversee governance, data migration, interfaces, and testing, while ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment across geographies and time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience leading large SAP implementations and programs.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and global-template-based deployments.
Strong governance, risk mgmt, and escalation skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Align Americas with NSK's global SAP template standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Provide decision support, options, risks, and impacts to leadership.
Monitor governance artifacts, RAID/Decision logs, and escalation processes.
Lead stakeholder communications and change management activities.
