Job summary

Pixie Services is seeking a SAP GATP & Batch Determination Specialist to optimize supply chain and Order-to-Cash processes through advanced SAP configuration and production support. The role requires deep expertise in availability checking, PAL, RBA, BOP, and batch determination, with strong cross-functional collaboration across SAP modules.

You will lead functional requirements, SIT/UAT, and end-to-end testing, provide L2/L3 production support, and drive continuous improvements while engaging

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP GATP experience required.
• Deep knowledge of Batch Determination and FEFO/SLED concepts.
• Experience with end-to-end OTC processes and SAP integration.

Responsibilities

• Configure/configure and support SAP GATP functions (PAC, PAL, RBA, BOP).
• Configure and maintain Batch Determination (conditions, search strategies, FEFO).
• Troubleshoot sales order, allocation, batch, and delivery issues.
• Support SAP APO integration via CIF and master data consistency.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and root-cause analysis within SLAs.
• Collaborate with SAP SD, MM, LE, PP, and supply chain teams.
