Job summary

CTG is seeking an SAP GATP & Batch Determination Specialist for our client in the United States. The role provides Level 2/3 functional support for GATP and batch determination incidents, with configuration of PAC, PAL, RBA, and BOP.

You will troubleshoot availability, allocation, and batch determination issues, and work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. The position requires 10+ years of SAP experience and is based on-site in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP functional experience with GATP and Batch Management
• Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting GATP functionality (PAC, PAL, RBA, BOP)
• Experience with batch determination strategies, classification, and sorting rules
• Experience with SAP APO CIF integration and master data troubleshooting
• Experience working in regulated environments and with GMP/traceability is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 functional support for SAP GATP and batch determination incidents and enhancements
• Configure and maintain GATP functionality (PAC, PAL, RBA, BOP)
• Troubleshoot availability, allocation, backorder processing, and delivery scheduling issues
• Configure batch determination strategies, search techniques, and shelf-life rules (SLED/FEFO)
• Lead functional assessments, impact and gap analyses for system enhancements
• Prepare functional specs, process flows, tests, and technical requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CS, Supply Chain, IT) to gather requirements
• Monitor SAP ERP–SAP APO integration and data consistency
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge base; ensure SOX compliance
