Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Engineering/SCM.
- 10+ years of SAP functional experience with GATP and Batch Management.
- Strong hands-on SAP GATP configuration and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP GATP and batch determination incidents.
- Configure and maintain GATP functionalities (PAC, PAL, RBA, BOP).
- Analyze issues related to product availability, order confirmations, and backorder processing.
- Optimize ATP configurations and batch determination rules.
- Manage batch selection logic using SLED/FEFO and other criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design SAP solutions.
- Lead functional workstreams for SAP enhancements and integration.
- Document specifications, SOPs, and process flows.
- Monitor SLA adherence and ITIL-based incident management.
