Job summary

The Dow Chemical Company is seeking an SAP Senior Software Engineer (ABAP/UI5/Fiori) for Midland, MI, and Houston, TX. You will lead hands-on development, design scalable SAP solutions, and contribute to Dow’s digital transformation.

Strong focus on end-to-end delivery, architecture, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SAP Full Stack, deep ABAP/Fiori expertise, and experience with S/4HANA migrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer.
• Experience on at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Ability to work across Design, build, test, and support phases.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on ABAP + SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
• Design, build, test, and support SAP solutions end-to-end.
• Collaborate with teams to map requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
