Job summary

EY in Anywhere in Country is seeking a Senior Manager for the SAP Financial Services practice. You will lead program delivery and practice development, manage cross-functional teams, and drive sales while ensuring client satisfaction across engagements.

The role requires extensive experience in SAP transformations, a strong track record in managing large programs, and a willingness to travel 25–30%. Hybrid work with 2–3 days in EY offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with 8+ years in system implementation
• Experience leading cross-functional programs (10-20 onsite, 30+ offshore)
• Track record of sales and managed revenue in professional services
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities
• Experience guiding business case development and program infrastructure
• Knowledge of AI delivery capabilities and methodologies
• 5+ years in financial services industry or equivalent
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong staff development through mentoring and coaching
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and practice development within EY's SAP Financial Services team
• Drive program sales and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
