Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in consulting or financial services environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with large teams onsite and offshore.
• Proven sales and delivery track record of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP transformations and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading teams through early program phases including business case development.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled delivery methodologies.
• At least 5 years in financial services or related domains.
• Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills and technical writing.
