Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP Financial Services to lead cross-functional programs and drive end-to-end transformation for major clients. The role focuses on program sales, delivery excellence, and staff development within SAP FS engagements.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams across on-site and off-shore delivery, shaping client solutions and ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes in a rapidly evolving digital finance landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in large programs, with 8+ years in system implementation and lifecycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with onsite and offshore teams.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and drivers for efficiency using S/4 capabilities.
• Experience guiding teams through business case development and program setup.
• Understanding AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years at a financial services company or equivalent.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and client-facing skills.
