Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Lead SAP Finance Analyst to act as the functional lead for SAP Finance (FI/CO) solutions. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize processes, govern SAP Finance applications, and drive improvements across a global environment.

The ideal candidate has deep SAP FI/CO expertise and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, upgrades, and integrations. This is a hybrid role with in-office days in multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting SAP Finance solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO functional analysis and configuration.
• Involvement in 3 or more full lifecycle SAP projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and controls.
• Experience leading SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Ability to work in-office three days/week (Tu/Weds/Thurs) in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional expert for SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CCA, Internal Orders, PCA, Product Costing, COPA).
• Lead system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP Finance roadmap and future-state capabilities.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting leadership to translate business objectives into SAP solutions.
• Lead SAP projects, upgrades, rollouts, acquisitions, and integration initiatives.
• Ensure successful testing, training, change management, governance, and documentation.
