Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking an IT SAP Senior Support Analyst to ensure the stability and efficiency of our core business systems. You will work with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, deploy enhancements, analyze ROI, and collaborate with executives to align IT with business goals.

This role requires strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork across departments as you design testing, perform security audits, and support users while maintaining disaster recovery and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Formal education in computer science/information systems or 7+ years equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP or S/4HANA and desktop applications including MS Office, CRM/HR/financial systems.
• Experience building/maintaining software and troubleshooting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and system goals with executives and stakeholders.
• Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
• Review current systems and develop improvement strategies.
• Deploy new applications and enhancements to software and operating systems.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses for proposed systems.
