Job summary

Eightelevengroup is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Analyst in Charlotte, NC for a 1-year contract. The hybrid role requires three days onsite, and offers $65–$75 per hour with benefits. W-2 only, visa sponsorship not available.

You will partner with Finance and functional teams to resolve production issues, implement FI-CA configurations, and ensure accurate billing, settlements, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable).
• Experience supporting dunning, payments, refunds, clearing, and other FI-CA processes.
• Ability to translate financial and billing requirements into SAP configurations.
• Experience working in production support and resolving complex issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional SME for SAP IS-U FI-CA processes.
• Provide hands-on support for production issues, testing, and configurations.
• Translate financial requirements into functional SAP designs and configurations.
• Support FI-CA processes including AR/AP, payments, dunning, refunds, and settlements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve defects and implement enhancements.
• Lead and facilitate discussions on defects and enhancements with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
