Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods clients. You will own program governance, drive architecture decisions, manage cross-functional teams, and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• Minimum of 4 years managing full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering EWM programs in Pharmaceuticals/Life sciences.
• Experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units.
• Own governance, delivery timelines, budgets and risk management.
• Drive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM design including warehouse structure and putaway/picking strategies.
• Review and approve functional specs, configuration docs and test scripts.
• Lead integration design across SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Lead SIT, UAT and cutover planning; develop config and test docs.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability.
