Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced SAP EWM Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs across industries. You will drive end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, governance, budgets, and risk management, coordinating cross-functional teams of consultants and clients.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP supply chain consulting, 4+ years leading EWM implementations, and a Bachelor’s degree. Travel may be required; bonus points for SAP certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• Minimum of 4 years managing full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering EWM programs in the Consumer Goods Industry.
• Prior experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and units.
• Own governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants and clients.
• Provide hands-on oversight of EWM design including warehouse structure and processes.
• Review functional specs, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration/test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability; travel as needed.
