Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP EWM expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA supply chain programs. Travel may be required between 0 and 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience.
Minimum of 4 years managing full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in lead or program manager role.
Minimum of 4 years delivering EWM programs in Pharmaceuticals/Life sciences.
Global Delivery model leadership experience.
Consulting/advisory background helpful.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units.
Own program governance, timelines, budget and risk management.
Drive architecture decisions aligned with client supply chain strategy.
Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants and stakeholders.
Provide hands-on SAP EWM solution design cover warehouse structure, putaway, picking, labor, and MFS/automation integration.
Review specifications, configuration docs, and test scripts, and approve.
Lead integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics).
Lead SIT/UAT/cutover planning; develop configuration and test docs.
Mentor junior consultants and build client capability; travel 0-100% as needed.
