Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs across industries. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• Minimum of 8 years full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role.
• Minimum of 5 years delivering EWM programs in at least two of the following industries: pharmaceuticals/life sciences, consumer goods, retail, automotive, or industrials.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across multiple geographies and business units
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client's long-term supply chain strategy
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
• Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure, process types, putaway and picking strategies, labor management, yard management, and MFS/automation integration
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyor systems)
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement
