Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs. You will drive end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, governance, and cross-functional leadership across geographies.

The role requires deep SAP EWM functional expertise, strong client relationship management, and a proven track record delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• 4+ years managing full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
• 4+ years delivering EWM programs in the Consumer Goods industry.
• Experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units.
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client’s long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure and putaway/picking strategies.
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyors).
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement.
