Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for clients in manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.

You will oversee end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, governance, and architecture decisions while mentoring junior consultants and coordinating cross-functional teams across geographies. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of SAP supply chain consulting focused on SAP EWM.
• Experience with a minimum of 2 full‑cycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Experience delivering or helping to deliver EWM programs in the CMT Industry.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/advisory role.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units.
• Own program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with the client’s long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM design including warehouse structure, put away and picking strategies, labor management, and MFS/automation integration.
• Review and approve functional specs, configurations, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP and non-SAP systems.
