Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries. You will drive governance, design, and cross-functional execution to deliver end-to-end SAP EWM solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of SAP EWM consulting, 2+ full-cycle implementations, and a consulting/advisory background, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of SAP supply chain consulting focused on SAP EWM.
• Experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Experience delivering EWM programs in the pharmaceuticals/life sciences industry.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/advisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units.
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client’s long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM design including warehouse structure, putaway/picking strategies, labor management, yard management, and MFS/automation integration.
• Review and approve functional specs, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyors).
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement.
