Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. You will drive end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and govern delivery with cross-functional teams in a global client setting.

You bring at least 3 years of SAP supply chain consulting, 2 full-cycle EWM projects, and a consulting mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SAP supply chain consulting focused on SAP EWM.
• 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Experience delivering EWM programs in the pharmaceuticals/life sciences industry.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/advisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies.
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client's long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands‑on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure, process types, putaway and picking strategies, labor management, yard management, and MFS/automation integration.
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyor systems).
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement.
