Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP/ERP and infrastructure initiatives in the Metro Atlanta area. The role is onsite, long-term contract, and W2, with responsibilities spanning full lifecycle delivery and cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing SAP/ERP projects and complex infrastructure programs, including network, servers, and data centers, across large organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years leading complex IT initiatives as PM.
• Experience with SAP/ERP projects (implementations, upgrades, integrations).
• Experience with infrastructure initiatives (networks, servers, data centers).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Familiar with PMO governance and lifecycle frameworks.
• Strong risk, issue, and stakeholder management.
• Able to coordinate cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of enterprise IT projects.
• Manage SAP/ERP initiatives including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Oversee infrastructure initiatives such as network upgrades, data center initiatives, wireless upgrades, and server or platform implementations.
• Develop project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, SAP teams, and project leadership.
• Ensure project alignment with PMO standards, project lifecycle methodology, and governance requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines and project quality.
• Coordinate multiple technical teams and vendors across infrastructure and application workstreams.
• Provide regular project status reporting, stakeholder updates, and executive communication.
