Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP and integrated applications experience.
• 7+ years customizing SAP SD; SAP Customer Service is a plus.
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Design and implement complex integrated processes with SAP-connected apps.
• Knowledge of trade management, rebates, and related commercial processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a technological discipline.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Support functional design, cross-module integration, prototyping, and guide the business in utilizing the platform functionality to the best extent possible.
• Lifecycle support and progressive partner management of assigned applications and technologies.
• Development of functional and integration specifications.
• Development of system-related processes and autonomous agentic solutions.
• Manage and guide small cross functional teams of technical and process specialists, system integration partners and vendors to deliver tasks, managed work packages, system upgrades and participate in larger delivery programmes.
• Partnership with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D stakeholders and other Digital service line teams to ensure successful and timely capturing of business requirements.
• Make sure SAP out of the box (global template) is adhered to and validate/address any deviations.
• Guide and participate in the testing cycles as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation
