EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology to guide SAP DMC engagements, translating business needs into technical specifications and delivering architecture solutions. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client expectations, and drive successful SAP DMC implementations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with SAP PP and DMC, with a focus on cost-benefit analysis and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams with onshore/offshore teams.
• Proficiency in supply chain best practices within DMC; benchmarking and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily, focusing on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management, ensuring engagement economics and delivery of DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements involving DMC.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams focused on DMC.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities within DMC and stay updated on industry trends.
