Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior SAP Manufacturing leader to drive transformation programs across SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, PP, and MES. You will shape future-state shop-floor designs, lead multi-site implementations, and guide executive decisions while delivering high-performing delivery teams worldwide.

You will oversee integration with SAP EWM, PI/PO, and automation systems; mentor staff and collaborate with capability leaders to deliver differentiated offerings. Role requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Manufacturing experience including PP, Digital Manufacturing, MES, MII, and PC0.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic assessments of client manufacturing processes to define future-state SAP Manufacturing solutions.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, PP, Digital Manufacturing, MES, quality, inventory, and shop-floor integration.
• Lead large SAP Manufacturing implementations from design through stabilization and cutover.
• Facilitate executive workshops to drive design decisions and standard SAP practices; provide clear recommendations.
• Direct design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Digital Manufacturing capabilities.
• Design and govern integrations between SAP components and shop-floor automation systems.
• Provide senior oversight for production connectors, OPC, MQTT, APIs, and equipment integration patterns.
• Advise on SAP ME/MII modernization, cloud MES, and multi-plant rollout strategies.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to create differentiated SAP Manufacturing offerings and assets.
• Coach and mentor teams while managing risk and aligning to business outcomes.
• Travel may be required (0–100%); travel varies by client need.
