Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Manufacturing leader to design and deliver SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP PP, and MES solutions across multi-plant programs. You will shape transformation agendas, lead S/4HANA-to-shop-floor design, and guide executive-level decisions with fit-to-standard strategies.

You will own end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, MES, EWM, and integration with shop-floor systems, mentor delivery teams, and drive value through data-driven analytics

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Manufacturing experience including PP, Digital Manufacturing, MES/MSI/MI, and integration solutions.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle SAP Manufacturing or MES implementations in a leadership capacity.
• 2+ years with SAP Digital Manufacturing execution, POD design, APIs, and analytics.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing master data and transaction data, including materials, BOMs, routings, and quality integration.
• Experience designing integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Manufacturing using APIs, SAP BTP, and Integration Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic assessment of client manufacturing processes to define future-state SAP Manufacturing and SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across SAP modules and shop-floor integration domains.
• Lead large SAP Manufacturing implementations from design to stabilization, with executive-level design decisions.
• Coach and mentor consultants and client teams while ensuring delivery quality and risk management.
