Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP Manufacturing advisory consultant to lead transformation programs in Supply Chain for aerospace and defense clients. You will translate client needs into SAP roadmaps, drive end-to-end delivery, and mentor delivery teams onsite or with a Global Delivery Model.

You will collaborate with executives, design and implement SAP solutions, and stay ahead of platform trends while navigating complex regulatory environments. Travel up to 0–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience with SAP Manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP projects in Aerospace & Defense.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.
• Prior Advisory/Consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years).

Responsibilities

• Engage with client executives on SAP challenges and value.
• Lead SAP journey development including sales origination and proposals.
• Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions.
• Advise, design and deliver solutions using SAP best practices.
• Lead small teams onsite or within Accenture.
• Be a trusted expert and stay current on trends and innovations.
• Travel may be required 0–100%.
