Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Manufacturing leader to design and deliver SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP PP, and MES solutions. You will shape transformation agendas, lead multi-plant rollout programs, and guide executive-level design decisions.

You will oversee end-to-end architecture across S/4HANA Manufacturing, MES, DM, EWM, and integration with shop-floor systems, while mentoring delivery teams and collaborating with executives and capability leaders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on SAP Manufacturing experience including PP, Digital Manufacturing, MES, MII, PCo, and integration solutions.
Experience leading multiple full-lifecycle SAP Manufacturing or MES implementations in a design/lead/architect role.
2+ years experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing execution and insights including POD design, APIs, and analytics.
2+ years experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing master data and transaction data and integration with DM/ECM.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic assessment of client manufacturing processes to define future-state SAP Manufacturing and SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.
Own end-to-end solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, SAP PP, SAP DM, MES, EWM, QM, and shop-floor integration.
Lead large SAP Manufacturing implementations from design through deployment, cutover, and stabilization.
Facilitate executive design workshops delivering recommendations and fit-to-standard guidance.
Design and govern integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP DM, SAP EWM, QM, BTP, and shop-floor systems.
Provide senior-level oversight for production connectors, OPC, MQTT, API, and equipment integration patterns.
